Organic
What is organic milk?
Organic milk comes from cows that have been fed organically, ie no chemical enhanced diet. The grass they will have eaten will not have chemical fertilisers spread on it and the cows won't have had any medicines that are not natural. Farmers have to keep to strict rules when producing organic foods. Most milk you buy from supermarkets has been homogenised, ie the milk is treated in such a way that the fat in it is spread throughout the milk, you don't get the cream rising to the top of the milk.
